CebuPropertyMan uses inquiry information to understand your requirements and respond to you.
Property and Contact inquiries
When you send an inquiry, we collect your full name, email address, mobile number, inquiry type and message, together with any property or project and budget range you choose to provide. For a property or product inquiry, we automatically include its name, originating page URL, developer where specified, listing category, location where known and inquiry source, together with your consent.
The Contact form sends these details securely over HTTPS to Formspree, our form-processing service, for delivery to CebuPropertyMan. Formspree may process technical request information for delivery and spam protection. These property inquiries are handled through Formspree and are separate from the website’s service inquiry inbox.
We use the information to review and respond to your inquiry and arrange the next steps you request. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit identity documents, bank details, income documents, medical information or other sensitive documents here.
Insurance and home-loan inquiries
The dedicated insurance and home-loan forms store your name, email, optional mobile number, contact preference, inquiry type and any project details or questions you provide in the website’s hosted database. We record the submission date and contact consent. The service inbox is restricted to the site owner. Email alerts are not currently connected. These forms do not submit an insurance or loan application to a provider.
Retention and privacy requests
Inquiry information is retained for follow-up until removed by CebuPropertyMan or through the applicable form-processing service. A formal retention period and dedicated privacy contact are to be added. You may contact Jerome at CebuPropertyMan to request access, correction or removal of your inquiry information, or to stop further contact.
Hosting and form protection
The hosting provider processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website. Property inquiries use a hidden spam-trap field and Formspree’s form protection. The dedicated service forms use a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; it expires after an hour and is not added to the inquiry record. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics have been added.
Property email subscriptions
The newsletter form sends your email directly to our Mailchimp audience for property news and buyer updates. Follow any email confirmation steps. You can unsubscribe through each marketing email. Newsletter signup is separate from inquiries.
