Compare advertised
project prices.
Explore the developer project collection by location, property use and type. Prices are published asking offers, starting prices or indicative ranges—not completed sale prices.
Source review: 14 October 2026 · Each project counts once in coverage statistics.
Location filters match the same address hierarchy. “To confirm” records remain visible until a specific location is selected.

Qualify the pattern after comparing
Use project age as an indication of market exposure. A longer duration may reflect township phases, project scale, sustained demand, pricing or remaining inventory. Source dates and sale-marketing evidence are shown below so these explanations can be checked for each project.
Indicative averages for this selection
Mean = arithmetic average; median = middle value. Range midpoints represent quoted ranges. Within an individual project, statistics describe eligible quoted units. For larger datasets, each project receives equal weight after averaging its eligible quoted units. Choose one dataset and a specific project, location, band or developer to see its summary. Starting prices and historical prices are excluded unless selected. Floor and lot rates remain separate. Sample counts show available evidence.
Advertised price coverage by property type
Lower and upper advertised amounts, grouped by type and use. Starting prices have no established ceiling. Commercial, industrial and residential offers stay in separate groups. Historical references are excluded from these summary ranges and remain labeled in the evidence table. A project can belong to several price bands when its advertised range overlaps them. These figures are not completed-sale market medians or a price index.

How to read this report
A project’s advertised price may cover one unit type, a starting offer or several units. It does not represent every unit in that project. Price observation dates record when a source was checked; they do not establish the effective date of its price.
Developer prices and third-party indicative asking prices are labeled separately. Existing catalog prices without refreshed citations are marked accordingly. Source dates, unit categories and limitations appear with each cited observation. Missing prices are excluded from price ranges, not entered as zero.
No completed transactions, sold-price medians, appreciation forecasts or price-movement index are used here. Per-square-metre summaries use directly quoted rates or a price paired with the same unit’s verified floor or lot area. Unmatched areas are excluded. Age in months is elapsed time from a supported publication or launch date to today. Dated offers include price-sheet dates when clearly identified; these are not project launch dates or proof of continuous time on market. Launch-age summaries require an official date and a published for-sale indication. Offer ages use the earliest supported dated offer in the reviewed evidence, including historical dated offers; they are age proxies, not verified market-entry dates. Elapsed project age alone does not establish sales velocity. Faster or slower sales require comparable launch inventory, remaining units and dated sales snapshots; those data are not connected yet. Missing ages remain unreported; a month-only date is approximate. Published per-square-metre offers appear only in their source observations.
Coverage is the CebuPropertyMan project collection, not a census of the Philippine market. Taxes, parking, furnishings, payment terms and available inventory require a current project quotation.
