Enter 6 for six months, 12 for one year, or 24 for two years. One month’s base rent covers only the first year; shorter leases are prorated. No additional fee for later years of the initial contract.

Rental commission is payable after lease signing and receipt of the agreed initial rent and any required security deposit. Renewals require a separate written commission agreement.
